A little about me: I am a wife to my hubby and my best friend of 36 years, a mother to two wonderful young men, and a nana to the sweetest grandson. I’m a self-taught baker of bread, pastries, cookies, and pretty much anything made with sourdough culture or sourdough discard. My passion for sourdough started when I began researching all the benefits it has to offer. I thought I'd share a couple of my reasons why...
Baking with sourdough offers a plethora of benefits beyond its delicious taste. Sourdough starters are created by harnessing wild yeast and bacteria from your environment. The microorganisms used to make your own sourdough starter are unique to your local area and, in my opinion, better for your gut microbiome than store-bought yeast.
All of my baked goods undergo a 24-hour cold proof for a longer fermentation. I am a micro bakery located on the outskirts of Paso Robles! My goal is to offer weekly bakes, featuring a variety of breads, four rotating flavors of cookies each week, and a random bake—which could be anything from focaccia and dinner rolls to hamburger buns, pasta, and more. Since quantities will be limited, you'll need to grab your favorites quickly if you want a fresh-baked sourdough loaf or some thick 2.5 oz cookies!
Porch-front pick-ups will be available during a specific time frame, so be sure to check the ordering app for details. Additionally, there will be a designated pick-up location in Paso Robles (stay tuned for more info), and possible drop-off options as well.

All our products are baked fresh daily using high-quality ingredients. We take pride in ensuring everything is made with love and care.
Do you offer delivery services?
At this time we do not have the infrastructure for delivering - every drop is considered "small batch" made with large amounts of love!
